Oh interesting that you were communicating with a Deye engineer for the Sunsynk ticket (and maybe that's going to count in my favour). If it's not too much to ask (and if there isn't too much personal information) would it be possible for me to get that mail trail/ticket number and info that I could use as a reference if they're not entirely sure what I'm talking about (if you'd prefer DM'ing it that'd be perfect too)? The buzz is driving me a bit insane too. Thanks for the info.

Interesting. Considering the frequency is often difficult to hear, many people shrug it off because they can't hear it, did you have to provide additional proof to show that the issue is there? I'm not sure if Deye and Sunsynk work together at all (I'd imagine they do) but would just like to have my ducks in a row if and when I do get hold of them.

I'm currently facing this issue on my 5kW Deye inverter. Has anyone had any luck with firmware updates or other fixes?
