    I am no expert myself but just had a Deye installed with two Magneto's and the installer set the Lithium mode to Pylon. When I queried this they mentioned that Magneto is actually based on Pylontech so you may want to try changing the mode back to Pylon on the lithium mode. I also assume that you have changed your battery size to 300AH after adding the new battery?
