if you use the mobile app you can search when near to the inverter for its wifi network and connect, when connected as local once connected to wifi you get full access to everything. i've used it in the passed when my distributor disabled something they shouldnt have for normal users. we shouldnt be blocked from seeing all settings, after all have paid for the devices its ours not the distributors
