Thanks, software is the same. Do the dip switches in the two inverters need to change? And also in terms of the comms cables between the inverters is it from A to A or from A to B

Hi, I have 2 x 12kw 3ph Deye inverters linked in parallel. I also have 3x Dyness 10.4kw powerwall batteries. When in parallel mode the inverters does not take power from the batteries, although the battery BMS is working and showing percentage available on both inverters but when I only run the master ( not in parallel mode) everything works fine. is there a setting I am missing?

Hi, I have a Deye 12kw 3 phase inverter with 3 x Dyness Powerbox Pro 10.24 batteries. The dip switches on all batteries is correct in terms of master and slave and all green lights are on. When I change the settings on the inverter under battery settings to lithium, the inverter gives a F56 error. The comms cable is plugged in correctly in the inverter under BMS and on master battery on IN. If I change to use battery% or batter V it works. Anyone have an idea what the problem can be? I changed the comms cable but still same problem.
