The CT Ratio is at 2000:1, installers also did check this as a first step in troubleshooting. The CT coil is installed at the main input of the Eskom input into the DB board - after the Eskom meter. but they have tried moving the coil to before the meter to see if that made any differences to it which it didn't unfortunally. The installers only other possible thought is that there may be some interference as the CT coil wiring is in the same conduit as the 4 core cable going to/from the inverter (CT Inverter is roughly 5 Meters from the DB board). However that still seems unlikely as the coil did work for almost a month, then suddenly just jumped up in readings and never went back to accurately reading since. What's strange is that the issue started when the power returned after loadshedding The Red is when the CT coils was reading accurately, Yellow is after loadshedding, where the readings are roughly 2KW above what the Eskom meter shows

I Have A Deye 5Kw Inverter and the CT coil is reading incorrectly, roughly 1.8 to 2kw over what is being used in the house, as a result "zero export to CT" causes the meter to report grid export. Due to the fact that it is not reading the true value of our home's consumption. E.g. home is using 2kw, CT coil reads 3.1kw, therefore the inverter supplements the "non-essential" loads with 3kw(1Kw more than what is actually being used) causing roughly 1kw to be fed back to the grid, even with zero export power set to 100W this is also shown on our City power Meter interface as a negative value confirming that power is being exported. Even when the house is using roughly 400W, as shown by the Itron screen, the inverter still shows over 2KW as measured by the CT coil. The installers have never seen this behavior before, and have tried changing the CT coil multiple times as well as performing 2 firmware updates. The CT coil has even been moved to different locations, closer to the Meter to avoid any possible crosstalk between fields in the DB Board. The CT coil used to read accurately, the suddenly just jumped up by 2KW and never went back to its normal correct/accurate readings. Has anyone else experienced this or have any possible suggestions.
