    Hi, I am having the same problem as from 16 June this year. I got both units installed on 12 May 2023 and they have worked flawlessly until 16 June. My home is on a back-up power system but the geysers that I am controlling with a POWR320D and a POWR316 are not on back-up power. When load shedding was over they would not reconnect to the home wifi until I re-paired them using the ewelink app.
