This was on Sunday morning around 4am I run on battery through the night. On Monday morning I had the low voltage warning at around 5:30am but the volts was 52.4v

The battery normally hits 99% at around 11am. If it's a nice sunny day

I charge it through pv. If the battery hits the battery to mains % it just switches over to grid but it doesn't charge the battery. I only charge through grid when it's cloudy

I would just like to find out somethings. I run my house through the battery when the sun sets and I had the battery to grid setting on 35% Saturday morning it ran smooth at around 6am it hit the 35% mark and switch over to eskom. But this morning it only managed to get to 37% and the battery cut out within like 10mins the battery dropped 2volts and it went under the cut off voltage of the battery of 44.8volts. Is there something I did that was wrong should I rather change the battery to grid to 40%?

Will quickly ask him for the manual. He had someone there who made the coms cable according to the manual but it didn't work.

Hi guys I have a friend running this setup RTC-AXPERT 5.6k MK4 with Rentech RT 5.0-L battery but currently the coms between the inverter and battery isn't working and he is running it ons USE settings using the volts to determined SOC. Does anyone maybe know how he can setup the coms between the inverter and battery? Thanks in advance.

Hi I currently have a Nenergy battery model number AT4880 with a 5kva Growatt inverter. If I want to add another battery does it have to be exactly the same battery model number and everything the same? Cause I have been trying to search for this battery and it seems like everyone is out of stock. Thanks Jaco

Are you also using a N Energy Battery? What protocol are you using? I can't get my inverter to communicate with the battery at all.

Anyone got it working yet? I also have a 5kva growatt inverter with the n energy battery.

Did anyone get the bms to work with the n energy battery?

I only know how to get the settings from the datalogger not on the actual inverter. I'm a bit of a noob. Those screenshots I posted is from the wifi data logger plugged into my inverter.

The Ac Ouput Source is actually set to Pv&Uti Priority I don't know why it's showing as Bat Priority.

Will the inverter know when to start charging the battery when it gets to low?

At the moment I left all the settings according to what the installer set them. But they did set it as backup only so everything in the house was running off eskom and my panels were just charging my battery. So the only thing I changed was that it starts using my panels to supply my house, so the ac output source is pv and then utility. I only have 4 x 545watt panels at the moment. Can I maybe send the current settings just for you guys to check it out? I would like to run off the battery at night but I don't know what to change to do that.

Hi Guys Sorry in advance if this is the wrong section I'm posting this in. I just recently got my solar and inverter with the battery installed but it seems like the inverter and battery isn't communicating the way it should be. I would like to run off the battery when the sun goes down but I don't think the inverter can detect when the battery drops to a certain level for it to start charging it. Sorry I'm very new to this and I think the installers saw me coming and maybe did me in a bit. Any help will be appreciated. The battery type on the inverter is set to USE. Regards Jaco
