  1. If you bought your products from CNBM 99% it is coming from China, but again you get Chinese product that is good and bad (like Sunsynk and Deye), you pay for the quality basically and service.
  2. Just give esener a call, 010 449 9686, with different inverter it uses different protocols, remember to set your CAN protocol to Pylantech. If you dont get it right, i think the technician can help you with remote control and help you to set it up. But it is a very simple process.
  3. Hi The recommend setting for the 5.12kwh batteries are: Bulk voltage 56.8v Float voltage 54.4V Cutoff voltage 45.6V for the basic communication, there is a tutorial on youtube where they teach you at, if you still have a issue you can call esener on 010 449 9686, the guys from esener will assist you

  5. on page 32 of the esener 5.5kw manual there is also showing of the pin point of the cable, so if you can get RJ45 connectors and Cat5 cable you should be sorted. As for the communication, what Inverter are you using? as far as i know they have different protocol for different inverters (if you are using Esener inverter you dont need to worry much), there is also tutorial on youtube if you are struggling with it. I know that you can also ask Esener to help you install the BMS tool as well to establish communication
