  1. Luxpower sna5000 eps trips during loadshedding

    Good day i have a Luxpowe 5kw hybrid intelligent inverter with with a 5.12kw shoto lithuim battery and 6x 545w mono solar panels installed at my home. It keeps on tripping during daytime hours and this does not happen at night time. The installer has removed the battery for some reason and took it to his shop and brought it back but the issue was still not fixed. The installer came last week again he changed the dongle and he said that he resetted the logger and re did it and he adjusted one of the settings. The issue is still not fixed. Loadshedding started at 10 and in 1 hours time it tripped about 10 times. who can assist or give recommendations on my issue?
