My Kodak OG7.2 inverter has packed up. It started with error code 12 then 11 and finally 57. Any suggestions or must I send it in for repairs?

Kodak OG7.2 and 2 x Fl5.2 batteries I purchased a Kodak OG 7.2 in June 2021. I was so pleased with the product I purchased two Kodak Fl5.2 liFeO in July 2023 from the Power Store and installed 1.8 kw of solar panels as well This combination has worked acceptably since then Recently the 2 x Fl5.2 batteries ran flat and now the OG 7.2 will not attempt to charge them. I checked the 2 batteries independently of each other and the inverter. Their charge is identical at about 10% and both voltages are the same (53.3 v) It appears to me as if the Pylon setting tell the inverter not to charge or discharge The only LEDs on the batteries is the far right green lead flashing. In the Fl5.2 manual they refer to this as “discharge and standby” and between 2 and 20 % SOC Any ideas. Please! …. mike
