  4. Hi, thanks so much for your detailed advice. I'm an absolute beginner here but in answer to your helpful questions: Yes there is one inverter and one battery, both Sunsynk. I am not sure if there are Comms between inverter and battery - is it possible for you to tell from this photo? I have changed the battery type to lithium and the ah to 104 - thank you. I don't know what is meant be splitting non essentials but this wasn't a DIY job, I had an installer, so assume they have sorted this correctly (despite them not appearing to configure my Sunsynk app correctly..!) On the charge settings, I don't currently have an option to buy power from the grid at cheaper times (I'm UK but I will investigate that one). On selling to the grid, I believe I've got things configured to sell excess solar to the grid but not from the battery. My energy supplier is paying me a small amount for excess sent to the grid. Thanks again for your generous help - much appreciated.
  5. Many thanks for the replies. I can't access exactly the settings screens you talk about. My battery doesn't appear as a standalone item under equipment. I have to tap into the inverter and the battery settings appear there.

  7. Hi, Looking for some support on a 5kw Sunsynk battery please. In the app I have it configured to not discharge below 15% as I'm told regularly going below this damages the battery. This morning I woke up to 0% charge on the battery in the app. First time in the three weeks it has been installed. It has recovered to 100% soc today but am concerned it got down to 0% despite the 15% cap being set in the app. Could anyone support with an explanation? Thanks in advance 🙏 Joe
