  2. Check out this thread, you seem to have the same problem. Try turning on sbu mode, does the power increase?
  3. Adrian, thanks for your reply. You are right, my application only shows data from PV2. From which input does your application display data? The display on the device itself also shows data from PV2. Do you have a problem similar to mine in SUB mode - a drop in power from solar panels or is everything working fine for you?
  4. Hello friends. The situation is becoming a little clearer. The seller allowed me to open it, found a torn cable during assembly, re-soldered it and now it’s included in the menu.. The problem with the controller’s search for the optimal point remains, if you turn on the SBU mode everything starts working fine, i.e. the inverter begins to produce the usual 1.8-2 kW from the sun. At a voltage of 200V 9a. But as soon as you switch to SUB mode, everything comes back again, the output drops to 0.9-1 kW, the voltage becomes 100V 10.2A - some kind of crap. This device is already actively sold by various brands Victor Max, PovMR, Anern. There must be a solution to the problem with the efficiency of the MPPT controller. Help please. Where else can you look for useful information?
  5. I have an inverter with two mppt, 10.2 kW. For some reason the controller is trying to get the maximum current. As a result, I lose 30-40% of my power. Everything worked well on the previous controller. Normal mode was 220v 8a. In the new 100v 10a. I use 5 jincko solar 550w panels. Do you think your firmware version can work on my inverter?

  7. I purchased DAXTROMN POWER 2XMPPT 140A 160A ON-GRID/OFF-GRID 10KW 10.2KW I connected it today. Have questions: 1) Both controllers are working. I checked it by measuring it on the wires. But the information on the inverter display and the monitoring program is shown only if the panels are connected to the second PV. 2) For some reason, the controller strives to get the maximum current from the array of panels; as a result, the panels do not produce the usual 1.6 kW, but significantly less than 0.9 - 1 kW. Moreover, I noticed (not yet exact, there was only one experiment) if you turn off the network, the panels begin to produce 1.6 kW, as on the previous inverter. I can’t figure out what’s wrong, either the search for the efficiency point is not working or some setting is not set correctly. 3) I can’t enter the settings. According to the instructions, hold down the enter key for 3 seconds, nothing changes and nothing happens. I have a video I can send. 4) Do you have new firmware versions? Help please
