    if been in the solar industry for 16y. Did a lot of Microcare and Probe  products. The service is terrible when it gets to any claims.
    I bought a 8kw inverter with probe batteries from Microcare in 2021. The probe batteries are giving errors due to the BMS . Probe (Grant) blame Microcare(Mark) And Microcare blames Probe. 
    Also have a client in Middelburg and his inverter also trips when the load gets to 50%. Problem not solved since June 2023. 4 months. 
    If you buy a product with a warranty it is not much worth if no one solves it. 
    Be very careful when you buy these products
