Solis S6 Pro Hybrid Inverter Review
Firstly Thanks to @AlexTZA for your amazing review and @GreenFields and @GerhardK83 for your amazing replies Ok so i have a few answers to your replies: It seems like the S6-EH1P6K-L-PRO could be the best option? Cheap rate period is for 23:30 - 05:30 £0.075 Standard rate period is for 5:30 - 23:30 £0.3025 I have permission to export electricity under a G100 application but i am limited to an export max rate of 3.68KW and i will get £0.15 Per KW Exported no need for extra meters i have a smart meter installed that works for this. I am happy to continue maxing out the cheap rate but i would like to reduce my bills as much as possible while getting the best ROI on the new system? I have been playing around on this web tool https://garydoessolar.com/utilities/dailymodellingutility/ i have attached a a setting file? It's just getting a better understanding of my usage to input into the tool? and sizing the battery Thanks pzjuls settings.json

Solis S6 Pro Hybrid Inverter Review
Hi there every, I am thinking about upgrading my soler PV system and adding a battery? We consumed 13,061KW ÷ 365 = 35.7 of electric in the last 12 months we have been on octopus Intelligent for a few years now and use a lot of energy during the cheap rate to heat the hot water tank and charge the car and heat a large hot tub only have it turned on 6 months of the year I’m not sure how to work out my base load? And what’s the average amount of energy I use outside of my cheap rate hours if anyone could help that would be amazing, I have attached 12 months of octopus data and 1 month of my energi data from the dashboard account unfortunately I lost all my data with version 5 firmware update? Here is my existing system in the UK: south facing 16 x PV Panel = 4.5kw system connected to a StecaGrid 3600 inverter. 2 x Zappy V2 car chargers. 1 x Eddie solar diverter connected to a 500Lt Heat store with 2 immersion heaters. 3 x solar thermal flat panel collectors & Log Boiler & Gas Boiler all connected to the Heat store. Here is what I’m planning with my upgrade? Moving this to the north facing roof 16 x PV Panel = 4.5kw system connected to a StecaGrid 3600 inverter. South facing roof new instal 18 x Trina Vertex S+ 435W = 7830kw PV attached to the new Solis inverter 6kw or 8kw? 6 x PYLON US5000 4.8KWH BATTERYS. 2 x Zappy V2 car chargers. 1 x Eddie solar diverter connected to a 500Lt Heat store with 2 immersion heaters. 3 x solar thermal flat panel collectors & Log Boiler & Gas Boiler all connected to the Heat store. My questions are: What inverter would be best S6-EH1P6K-L-PRO with passive cooling or maybe a S6-EH1P8K-L-PRO but it has a fan and I am worried that the fan noise may upset me as the inverter will live in my utility room next to our bedrooms hallway? What battery’s are you all using? Would these be a good choice 6 x PYLON US5000 4.8KWH? How would I best setup my new system with the original 4.5kw PV system connected to a StecaGrid 3600 inverter? I am keen to get the right kit so it all works together as best it can I know this isn’t easy. I will also be limited to 3.6kw feed back to the grid? Thanks in advance I’m sure I will have more questions. myenergi-graph-consumed-exported-16092023-16102023.csv consumption octopus Intelligent.csv
