    Hi @naywinthu16  is battling to bring up his Axpert MAX 11kw twin . Fortunately , as he correctly stated there is little difference between his machine and the MAX 7.2 we are using as a reference machine on this thread. It appears that he cannot even get the SMPS up .
     
    @naywinthu16 have a look at the posts on pages 21 and 22 of this thread in order to debug your smps. the link below is for your reference

    it depends on your inverter and its display if it support USB OTG or not, instructions can be found in this post.
