Setting program 64 on Axpert VM III Twin
Hi all, In FW 60.10 for Axpert VM III Twin inverters, there is a program setting No. 64 which, as described in the user manual, is the waiting time to turn on the second output when the inverter is back to line mode or the battery is in charging mode. The problem is the function is not working as described when the second output is during the off time when it is programmed in setting 61. After many emails with Voltronic, I didn't get the answer, and they suggested updating to 84.03 to use this feature. Their last response was: "The firmware definition is different. With U1 to 84.03 version to support the second output will be turned ON after the AC grid returns for 1 minute." UPDATE: I've flashed the 84.03 firmware, it has the same all options in 60.10 and the program 64 is now working as mentioned in the user manual.

My VM III Twin 4K (Firmware 60.10) doesn’t read SOC accurately with RES-5WS LiFePO4. Help!"*
How much is the difference between the battery and the inverter readings? I think it is a calibration issue of volt reading. I have the same thing. My inverter reads 0.3 volts less than the battery, so the inverter application always shows 1% less SOC compared to the BMS.

Sorotec REVO VM II Pro 3.5Kw/5.5Kw firmware
Yes, the REVO VM II Pro looks the same as the one in the photo. The Sorotec inverters are quite different from voltronic. The firmware was requested and tested on Sorotec REVO VM II Pro 3.5 and 5.5 so if you don't have the exact model don't try it.

Latest firmware version for Axpert VMIII 4K twin
As far as I know, Renovo is a well known reseller of voltronic inverters in the Syrian market, I suggest reading @coulomb previous post to have more information about clone inverters.

help me problem calibration battery voltage
Thanks for raising this issue, I also planing to calibrate the battery voltage as the reading on the inverter is -0.3V less from the BMS and I do really appreciate if there is a document with the correct order of commands for my inverter. I have Axpert VM3 4K Twin with FW 60.10 and 25.15.

I've never experienced this with any previous firmware, they all charge from both solar and grid together when program 16 is set to SNU and program 1 to USB. I used to use the schedule of charging source priority for day and night, but with 60.10 it always behaved as "solar first". The user manual explains the charging options, but it is different from what I'm facing in fact.

Collection of DSP Axpert Firmware for VM III TWIN and VM IV TWIN
Regarding the 60.10 FW ... I have a problem with the charging priority. It looks like it's stuck to Solar first even when program 16 is set to SNU (Solar and Utility Charging), so in the morning when the sun rises, the inverter switches automatically to Solar charging only, even when the grid is available. I tried to reset the settings and even reflashed the firmware again, but it was still the same. The problem is at noon and when it is heavily cloudy and the grid is available, it keep charging from solar panels only with low power without charging from the grid. At night, it charges from the grid when there is no solar power. Does anyone have the same issue?

You can update the firmware with both AC and Battery connected, just completely turn off the solar power and the loads. The update time is about 6 to 8 minutes for each (DSP and MCU)

No problem, your replies are so appreciated at any time. Just concerned if any major updates are compared with the previous ones, except the new two programs 42 and 43. Btw, this 60.10 firmware doesn't have the low-speed fan feature. Yes, maybe it is something related to the alarms on the power meter, but the point is what those numbers are. Is it Volts or Amperes or seconds or just a value indicator? In program 42 when the grid is on, the upper number change to 8 and sometimes to 5 or 2 (as I observed) and 0 on the bottom which is adjustable with the mentioned values in the user manual. Does the VM VI with the round display has icons for those alerts?

For curiosity, I flashed the 60.10 firmware with MCU 12.15 to my Axpert VM III Twin. Two new programs were added, 42 and 43 which I asked Voltronic about them and their response was: Prog. 42 & 43 are used for below meter alarms. Prog. 42 for “Earth alarm” and Prog. 43 is for “Reverse alarm”. And what mentioned in the updated user manual for VM III Twin about the two programs is: I'm trying to understand the concept, so is there any thoughts?

For reference, here are the changes in the firmware 60.10 as replyed by voltronic The firmware upgrade is to optimize the inverter not to trigger over temperature alarm easily and we also added Prog.42 & 43 for supporting calibration of current detection. I didn't understand what are programs 42 & 43 for. 🥴

I contact them by email [email protected] and one of the concerned persons will contact you. Email them with a photo of your inverter's serial number and they will contact you in a couble of days. It's just my conclusions.

Now this is a really good fix which was needed. I entered to post it 😄, I recieved the same link yesterday from Voltronic based on the serial number of my device and I really get confused. I'm waiting their reply regarding the fixes in firmware 60.10 and and remote panel 25.15. Maybe the defferences in firmware version numbers are based on the reseler brand names (mine is TribleA with factory firmware 60.08) For the other brands there are different ftp folders based on the first letter of the brand name. @Coulomb I do really appreciate if you can have time to look at formware 60.10 before I update my inverter.
