    Hello, same problem here. In my case it is not only missing data, it is missing the power !!!. I have East-West 2.5-2.5kWp installation, total 5kWp. Since I apply this inverter I lost the second string. It is not working at all - 3 to 10W production!!! I proved by applying to the first MPPT that the power is there, today the output went to 3.6kW, but once I distribute them back to each string on it's own mppt, the second one is shutdown. I wrote in whattsap to daxtromn, but so far I have no suggestion for solution I hope somehow they come up to solve our problem. Keep in touch guys!.
