SunSynk 8KW F26 bus unbalance fault
Hello! After analyzing this F26 error for more than 5 months, I also discovered the general cause, and it is not a HW failure, or software bug, it is a weakness. DEYE engineers should know this aspect. F26 can also be generated by excessive reactive power with the activation of the Q(U) curve, necessary in situations where the GRID frequently jumps above 253V, or below 210 V. The inverter effectively generates F26 at settings above 50% Q factor. So, pa attention to Grid settings/ Q(U) function. Best regards!

SunSynk 8kw fans sounds like cars 'revving'
Hi! Yes, I fixed it! I studied the schematic after I opened the inverter. It is a 12 V source, and on its output it has a mosfet, switched at a frequency of 6khz(to low) , with a duty cycle that varies between 20-30%, causing this strange behavior of the fans. The 12 V voltage is perfectly stable in the load, but the control on the mosfet gate is the problem. I solved it by adding a 470uF capacitor in parallel with one of the fans(red is pozitive, black is negative) , they are all in parallel, thus filtering the voltage to a clean 12 V. Now the fans start normally, and stop normally when the temperature requirements are met. Since mosfet is switching GND, capacitor reactance is not affecting 12V power consumption. I hope that this easy fix will help a lot of owners, and bonus....will not void your warranty, since you don't have to open inverter case and just take one fan out and install capacitor on first fan conector. Beste regards!

SunSynk 8kw fans sounds like cars 'revving'
Hello everyone, I have the same issue with deye 8000w-sg05lp1 inverter. After 6-7 months, and after 1 week with second string conected, fans starting to revving. Did someone fixed this issue? I tried also to remove and to test fans individually, to check power consumption, and fans have identical characteristics, 12V/22mA, in total 0.66mA. For me, this behavior looks like the fan power supply is restarting due to the high current drawn. I'll take a look inside inverter, but I'm afraid of voiding waranty. Deye already updated my firmware on request, and regarding this issue, they said that they don't know about this issue, and that is not big problem if the Fans still rotate. I put already 3 additional fan for air exhaust but I' m worry about Fans power supply that at a certain moment will die. Thanks in advance!
