    60.95 is from mid January 2024; I don't know what date 60.07 has. If the machine's sticker is February 2024 or later, 60.95 is probably not a later firmware. Sorry for not pointing that out earlier.
    BTW, "MCU" usually refers to the display firmware, not the main (DSP) firmware.

    I still don't know the difference, if any, between 56.xx and 60.xx firmwares.
    60.95 is the latest of the 60.xx that I'm aware of, and it's supposed to have the good fan control. Though I don't notice much difference between the fan logic for 60.06 and 60.95, at least without investigating in depth. I did see some differences here and there.
    The latest VM IV display firmware is 39.26.
