Found out the problem. I had an old home inverter connected which was turned off thinking a switched-off inverter won't cause any trouble for this Hybrid inverter. For some reason it was the culprit (not sure how). Disconnecting it completely solved the problem!

No, but will see if I can find that out when it happens again. I am also going to install Solar assistant and see if it gives more details info. Update: Checked today's few instances and load was like 500W or in some cases 1kW or so. Unable to see having higher load than battery not even once in the day.

My 10kW Deye Hybrid Inverter takes a few seconds to switch to off-grid when grid goes off. This doesn't happen all the time and it is random. Problem is that all my equipments such as Wifi router, CCTV cam etc. restarts. What could be the reason? There are no errors shown and could not find any pattern as such.

Hi Can anyone please share Deye Hybrid Inverter's "Use Batt %" setting and available sub-menu options? I got one installed but yet to power it up as one DB is yet to be fixed. Model is SUN-10K-SG04LP3-EU. I would like to know if there is a way to set upper limit of battery to say 80% using this option.
