Thanks for your reply I upgrade my inverter to the mentioned version The twin problem not solved I faced other problem after the update Max charging current reduced to 10amp I tried to modify it many times but it return to 10amp after battery fully charged and not goes up again. The voltronicpower.com replied to my question about twin problem and send me a special version @Coulomb Dear Mohammad, Thanks for your e-mail. The PV energy is not stable, if the 2nd output is turned ON too fast then the 2nd output may be ON/OFF frequently when the PV energy is not stable. We have one special version of Main CPU firmware to turn ON the 2nd output when the inverter backs to AC mode for more than 1 min. Actually i tried to contact voltronicpower.com several times about any update to fix some issues without any answer Is it the official source and is it a really company? Is there any other source?

Hi I have Axpert VM III TWIN 4K Main cpu version: 00060.10 Second cpu version: 00025.12 i'm using the 2nd output (twin) , set the OFF at 70% and ON at 75% , when the utility or solar source is available the twin output stay off until the battery reach 75% percentage .while It should output solar or utility source if available based on selected priority And the monitoring app show that the battery always charging also when it reached 100% then it start decrement to 98% The battery is lithium and pms connected So need the latest official firmware update that solve this problem
