Strange consumption from grid with Max II 10kVA
well it is not reactive as two days ago was a full day of sun, and I had 0.8kWh displayed on the grid counter... a full year would be around 300kWh which is quite a lot for something that shouldn't be there... anyway I will add a relay to cut the grid when the battery is above 15% and the grid is not used using the small esp8266 module that already resets the inexact time in the inverter...

Strange consumption from grid with Max II 10kVA
Hi everyone, I have a WKS Evo Max II 10kVA, that is the same as the Axpert one. I noticed that it consumes 35VA from the grid when it is in battery mode, and there is no solar power. I think this is strange. I know that these inverters consume around 70W when there is no load and some people complain about this I understand that it must consume some power to make the inverter run. What I don't understand is why does it take it from the grid and not from the batteries ? If I cut the grid completely the inverter still runs fine, and from the batteries only of course. the aim of such hybrid inverters is to lower the grid invoice, so it must take the less possible energy from the grid I see that the wks is an european brand of the same Axpert you have in australia, but can someone explain me why these 35VA ? or may be it's a default from my inverter ? do you notice this with your inverter too ? thanks.

Pylontech & Axpert - what happens if voltage is too low
almost same problem discovered here... wks evo max II 10kVA + 2xus5000 pylontech and 7kWc of PV the battery can handle a night and half a day more, after that you need solar to charge them after 2 days of snow here, the battery have come to 5% (the inverter cutoff is set to 10%) and the battery are in full idle so off as the inverter detects zero volt. I have to start the battery manually (off then on) when solar will come back (and the PV are without snow on them...) is there a way to restart the batteries without human action ?

New firmware for Axpert Max ii 10KW
yes, I will certainly also update the display firmware, and the lcd upload tool does not have the usb com port possible. so I have to find a usb to serial adapter that works...

New firmware for Axpert Max ii 10KW
I just updated today my max II 10kVA inverter to 82.63 using a direct usb-c to microusb cable between my laptop and the inverter. I did not succeed with the usb drive I got error U03. with the cable I choose the usb com port and all went good.
