Dyness DL5.0C and Victron compatibility problem
Hello to all! Just installed a new off-grid system with Victron Multiplus II 48/5000/70 and two Dyness DL5.0C. Both are completely new, just purchased (Victron with the newest FW). The Dyness DL5.0C was manufactured on 17.06.2023, FW V95.1. I found in the documentation (attached, about Victron and Dyness integration) what some data under menu DETAILS (what is planned regarding the document to implement, the document looks quite old) must be displayed, but actually they are missing. There is no such menu at all in the new system. It means battery BMS is not sending them to Victron. Details must include: cell voltage, max and min temp, number of modules, capacity like described in your documentation. My questions are: 1. Did DYNESS implement sending DETAILS to Victron like described in attached documents? 2. Maybe DL5.0C has old FW and needs to update FW to newest one with all data transferring from BMS DL5.0C to Victron? I know the same story with another person (another installation) with battery DYNESS DL5.0C manufactured 06.2024 and newer FW (V96.1). 3. Maybe newest version of the installation manual for Victron and Dyness is exist? Regarding Victron support's answer, it is Dyness's responsibility to send all data to Victron, and they are missing. Can you send me the newest version of the installation manual for Victron and Dyness system? Regarding answer of Victron support, it is Dyness responsibility to send all data to Victron and they are missing.
