    Thank you for this.

I miss read that boost / float charge voltage... 😞

I have these settings configured now. Will monitor during loadshedding and maybe adjust a little bit if needed.

    Thank you for the assistance

So there you seem to have the recommendation...
    Charge/absorb 57.6V
    Float 54V
and I would not go as low as 44 or even 42V... let's see, assuming the cells are still balanced at the bottom (not all that likely) that would be 2.75V or 2.625V per cell... and potentially quite a bit lower, you are hurting the cells with this... I would say 2.9V or 3V per cell as cutoff is probably a good number to aim for... 46.4V or better yet... 48V...

back to charge/absorb, the 57.6V is actually, again assuming perfectly balanced cells, 3.6V per cell which is the absolute maximum recommended Voltage for LiFePO4's, I'd say, 3.5 or better yet 3.45V per cell is treating them more kindly for a longer (happier :-)) life... thus 56V or better yet, 55.2V charge/absorb, the float of 54V is 3.375V per cell and should be fine...

    Good Day @MrNj

Over Voltage for a prolonged period may have caused cell damage or BMS damage as explained above.
Recommended charge voltages for the 48v 5.09kwh battery is
    Bulk : 54v
    Float : 52.5v
    Low Cutoff : 43.5v

Your battery would need to be sent in to us for cell and BMS diagnostic.
OVP - Over Voltage Protection - 270 instances, does void warranty, but i will assist in a resolution, please pm me and i can assist you.

What i can see on the information you supplied the cell balancing is seriously out of wack. The delta( voltage diffrence) is 200mv. The bms has disabled the module or the bms is damaged. I am speculating here as the battery module would need to be opened up and inspected( cell damage, bms damage). The warranty is shot due to constant overvoltage. Where did you purchase the battery from? My brother is situated on the east rand i could ask him to assist if he is available. Pm me should you decide the way forward. This is so unfortunate and unnecessary. You can also contact SVolt tech maybe they will repair or replace under warranty as a sign of good faith.
@Svolt Tech for your attention above.

When USR (AGM) is selected there is by definition no "comms".  the cable may or may not be the right one, but the inverter will not attempt to use it. It will use the manually specified voltages.

Looking at the settings in your first post (56.4V charge), the inverter is set up for a 16 cell battery.
The combination of the above 2 items is lethal.  Your battery has been systematically overcharged - that would explain its inability to now hold a charge.

270 Over voltage disconnects is seriously problematic. Some information needed. Is there bms comms between inverter and battery? Why is Agm profile selected for Lfp battery? There is diffrent versions of S volt modules there is 15 cell and 16 cell. Hopefully yours is not 15 cell as that would explain the excessive Ovp count. Send a picture of the Svolt rating plate on the side of the module. With so many overvoltage disconnects the chances are good you have swollen cells that will need teplacement.
