  1. Dear all, I know most of you are more experienced than me in setting up off-grid / battery systems. I am not sure if this post is right in here thoough it touches batteries and off-grid systems. in brief status quo: I have a set up with the mentioned Pylontech batteries, Multiplus II Inverter, CerboGX. The system usage intention is in the first step off-grid Additionally due to electricity costs from the grid my intention is to separate the grid in the late afternoon/evening (expensive times) and charge+reconnect grid after 22:00 though electricity is gettin cheap. This all shall be feasible with my setup (not realized now but not the topic in here) My intention / question: Additionally to the Pylontech batteries I have one ecoflow Delta Pro which I take with me when travelling with my RV. When not travelling, I would also use the ecoflow in addition to the Pylontechs to supply energy to my home. Are there experiences or ideas in this community how to combine? One idea I had was using the Anderson output with 30A /12,6V, transforming it to 48V and connecting it to a charger to charge the batteries. The ecoflow has an inverter built in, but I don't know how to combine with the MutliPlus II. What do you think?
  2. Hi everybody, Sorry for the late intro, I already posted without introducing myself. Brief Intro: I am an engineer interested in almost everything I started installing a battery system on my 'kind of' retirement house. It is located in an area with regular electricity outages (regular means almost every day, in good times every second day...). The guaranteed electricity from the grid (electricity supplier) is 3 kW, so not really something you can do many things. Therefore I have 3 Pylontech US3000C, and the rest (inverter etc.) from Victron Energy. In case my system works as expected the next step is putting some PV panels on the roof and a wind turbine in the garden. Thats it in brief. And my preferred vehicle is my electric bicycle.

  4. OK, good to know. I am just in the phase of analysis. Yes it is connected to the CerboGX I wil check the status for a few days.

  7. OK, I took the v1.7. Is there big enhancement for the v2.2? It worked! Thank you! It was the zip file not working, with the bin it was no problem. Now I have to observe if the battery voltage is still kind of 'jumping' ...

  12. Thank you for your quick reply. I used the zip file for the US3000C with 1.7 and 2.3 (the serial number of my Pylontech contains ...C3...). As I understood I shall keep the zip, not extract it? So I did ....
  13. Hey Youda, I have an issue (and hope that you have some useful hints for me): My Pylontech did have some strange behaviour, the chargin voltage was kind of jumping. So my approach was to update the firmware. I followed your instructions and everything was running fine unti about 80% and then I got an error message. After this the Pylontech Battery was kind of 'dead' I still had some charging voltage on the display of my MultiplusII but no led on the Pylontech was visible. Then I started your described procedure again. Unfortunately I now get in the last step when turning the Pylontech on with the red button pressed down the error message in the screenshot. Do you have any idea how to solve ?
