It's just the BMS that is complete garbage imho, all BMS, even cheapest one, regardless of being able to balance or not, have charge mos and discharge mos, when you reach >= 3.6 they must disable charging regardless of what inverter does... I have self made batteries with JK bms, and they disable charging as soon one cells touches 3.6 ( could be 3.65V but decided to play it safe ) , inverter keeps sending full voltage anyway
