    The attached file was sent to me by the technical manager of africogroup.com - I have not tried it yet but it seems to be the same as the one shared on the Lux Power Facebook group. Hope it helps.

    Update - I took my battery to https://voltaenergy.co.za/  - their distribution/repair centre in Pretoria is Solar Tech Wholesalers. They checked and advised that the BMS was broken. Left it with them for a R3450 replacement BMS. They will also send me the Volta BMS software and latest firmware so I can update my other two batteries. 

    Thanks to @Demo and @I84RiS for your help.

    BTW there was no reset button hidden in the cutout and the battery can only be reset via the software.
