MAX 11k TWIN - need firmware
Update: Only way how to make update in my inverter, use old software "ReflashTool_Xseries" where is showing COM port is OPEN. After that i can use "ArenaINVReflashTool" and connection is established. I did update to "dsp_378.11_patched" without any other issue. Without pre-activation with old SW (ReflashTool) i was not able to do update. Morning i will see if phenomena with stuck at 90V gone.

MAX 11k TWIN - need firmware
Again, I can not upgrade firmware. With reset, with all what i could try, but fail. Maybe hard reset was not right solution. Any idea or guide how to make correct procedure of FW upgrade for the inverter? My upgrade set-up: AC-in ON, battery ON, PV1/PV2 off, AC out OFF, power swith at removable display OFF, No other communication via display ports such Solart assistant, BMS etc... At PC correct COM port selected, correct file selected 378.11... result in Arena flash tool: "Can´t communicate with UPS, please check the RS232 cable connection. UPS firmware update fault" How about sequence of flashing? When is right time to start/push button "update firmware"?

MAX 11k TWIN - need firmware
Thanks @Coulomb i tried almost all what i should do.... with RS232, with OTG, different version of firmware even older than the origin, different PC/notebook and still same scenario :( As last chance i tried to switch off inverter completely a "miracle" happened, comunication was established as rock and i did two updates without any issue (first i updated 78.07 patched version) and if all looks good i did one more time with latest firmware pack from you 978.11. Many thanks friend 👌

MAX 11k TWIN - need firmware
Update (SOLVED): I have success with 978.11 firmware update. What i did extra, hard reset of inverter (battery off, AC off, PV off) and waiting few seconds. After starting inverter with battery and AC, communication was established correctly.

MAX 11k TWIN - need firmware
I fail with update. Need help At two different PC with Win always same scenario (in attachment) "Can´t communicate with UPS, please check the RS232 cable connection. UPS firmware update fault" Checked with watchpower and all looks good, reading all data correctly (looks connection is correct and working). After that close Watchpower completly. RS232 to USB i use brand new cable from AXAGON ADS-1PQN with FTDI chipset. Second part of cable is original which comes with inverter RJ45 - RS232 For info: Axpert iSolar SMW 11kW TWIN (U1 78.08 + U2 38.18) and trying to update with patched 78.11 (978.11) from @Coulomb Any idea what to do? At second laptop, i did not install Watchpower to eliminate issue with COM port occupation by WP. Trying also different COM port (COM1, COM3, COM5) aways same output. No PV1/PV2 connection, No AC in/out connection, running from battery only Update: OTG method also fail with error U03. I rename file dsp_978.11_patched.inv to mks2.hex and insert to main directory on old USB (type 2 - 16GB) Bit flustrated. I am thinking if i really use correct patch version to my inverter. Communication via Watchpower is working, update via Arena tool and file dsp_978.11_patched.inv fail, OTG method as well ?! Can you @Coulomb help? Please P.S.: Is it possible to have old 2809 DSP chip with factory firmware 78.08? What can happen if i will try tu use patched version for 2809 DSP? If exist...

Hi, sorry for silly question. I am newby here. If i have Axpert iSolar SMW 11kW TWIN (U1 78.08 + U2 38.18) can i update with patched 78.11 (978.11)? No EEPROM mismatch issue? Thanks in advance for advice.
