Hi all I have an issue with RCT 5Kva (Axpert)all 3 lights flashing every half second with clicking sound(relay) battery voltage 51v using only as UPS no solar connected input voltage normal but no output voltage, any help would be appreciated Regards Rob

Kodak King 5Kw (Rebranded Voltronic Axpert) Pylontech us3000 No solar connected, backup only Hi all I have an issue with a brand new unit after installation while commissioning found to have no output voltage on output terminals yet display shows 230v in inverter mode and incoming line voltage 238v in bypass mode.Contacted supplier and went through all settings and they requested to remove the unit and return for repairs, unit was sent back and apparently they replaced the mother board.On reinstallation of the unit have exactly the same problem, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks very much for that Coulomb will double check in the morning but i am sure they are both in pal setting on prog. 28, is there any way the parallel card could have failed when installing the RasPi ?

Good day all I have 2 x 5kva Axperts connected in parallel with similar issue all was 100% until after installing rasPi and icc (no wiring changes) now have error code 60, have noticed now master goes into bypass which has grid voltage output at 237v and slave still in inverter mode at 230v output which is obviously causing the current feedback issue, any help from the axpert fundis would be greatly appreciated.
