  1. @FrankM thanx for the reply i dont think it was firmware, but the possibility of critter that found its way through my critter proofing into the inverter, i have since dealt with 3x critters i found in the inverter room. once i have the service manual, i will try take one at a time apart and investigate. as for the supplier, they are RCT branded and bought directly from rectron. batteries, im really happy with them, going into 6th year, at a 30% DOD giving 3750 cycles. batteries health is still between 95 and 98%. it may be cheaper for me to replace with a 14kw luxpower, than to buy 3x mainboards. what inverter setup are you running?
  2. thanx for the reply, i have looked for the service manual, havnt found anything relating to this inverter. it is quite a old model from back in 2018/2019 release dates about. do you have a link to the manuals section pls
  3. i have a custom firmware for my units from the factory, the latest prior to the custom had the FLA equilization disabled for some reason, but this the file name i recieved. 2934-07S5 FW Upgrade_2809_DSP INFINI VII 5KW 52.34 4x InfiniSolar 5kw in parallel 8x 215AH tubular cell FLA batteries (2x banks of 4 in series) pv on each inverter, array in 3x orientations for varioussun during the day, 💩 roof and small elevations.
  4. @Coulomb Hi, i have been lurking on this forum for a few years. i have 4x RCT Infinisolar Vii 5kw-48v inverters in parallel, monitored by SolarAssistant. this morning due to heavy rain, i had to initiate the inverter into the hybrid mode to topup batteries, seconds after the switchover power went off, and came back on about 20sec later. i went to go investigate to find the inverter/battery room a bit stinky of something that popped, 2x of the inverters couldt see the battery and also showed [09] error, additionally 83 error. i shut everything down and turned all back on, but errors persisted. only 1 of the inverters now operate fully. Could you provide some assistance where to start troubleshooting, as these inverters through the agents are stupid expensive to repair, inverter #1 comes on 6P and 09 inverter #2 comes on 6P and 09 - smells of some possible component failure inverter #3 working inverter #4 totally dead, does not show any signs of life. (was given to me in a possible fault state, has been off since its installation) i would really like to get the total system working again at lowest cost possible. would you by any means have a service manual for this model? kind regards Trevor

  6. Hi, I have a client with a 3~ 15KW infinisolar, which started in the beginning of the weekend to just restart constantly, client was able to get a video to me where the 52 & 53 error codes were flagged. as per the manual, solar1 & solar2 over temp. any advice on troubleshooting what is causing this? client is a 2hr drive from me so i cant just hop in the van and check it out unprepared. any advice will be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance
  7. Hi, i have a rct 24v 3kva, inverter was sent in as it was under warranty, and on inspection it was found to have a critter that had gotten into the unit behind the main board, and popped the AC charger, inverter still functions on DC battery and solar. the cost to replace the mainboard is really not economical, is there a schematic for one of these units? to try do a self repair? i do know there is a mosfet or the likes that blew as when removing the unit fragments fell out the bottom. unit is a genuine voltronic power.
