  1. Good day all On the Farm we have three 8kw Deye single phase inverters connected in parrallel on a three phase system. Can anyone assist me with details on how i can connect a 3phase 30Kva generator to the system to charge the bateries? Any help will be highly appreciated Thanks
  2. What about capasitors, are they any good. I know they are crazy expensive but if you look at the lifetime arent they worth it at the end?
  3. Hi all, I am still in the learning phases with solar, as previously mentioned i run 2 5kw Mecer Axpert inverters with 24 Panels. With 2 strings of four 120AH omnipower 12V batteries. I want to upgrade my battery backup to go full off grid!!! My question is what size battery backup should i have (Ah) , and what type of batteries to go for!! To ensure longest lifetime on system, i assume the best would be to have enough backup to ensure only one cycle every 24hrs? With the current setup i still uses about 40kwh of electricity in 24hrs!! This is mostly at night running aircons( rustenburg is hot), pressure pump for water and normal household activities. Any and all recommendations are well come Thank you in advance
  4. Fazil Thank you, yes it is for 24hrs. Should i keep everything on the preffered settings?
  5. Hi all I have installed a 10kw grid tie system having 2 Mecer Axpert 5kw inverters and two banks of four 120Amphour omnipower batteries March this year. This system gives me about 30min on batery power. I am not sure if my settings on the inverters are correct for charging and depleting bateries. It is set to switch to bateries on 54V and back to utility on 42V i am guessing there are too many cycles per night. I know the batteries are on the low side for the system. Any recommendations on what size batteries should i go for, how many? And then secondly what is the best settings to prolong battery life? I use about 60kw of electricity per day Thank you in advance
  6. It was the fuse on the AC outlet that was burnt, the installer inserted 2 25A fuses instead of 32A. Replaced them and now the system is running balanced again. Than you all for the advise
  7. Hi all New here i had a 10kw system installed earlier this year, 2x 5kw Mecer inverters 24 Panels, and 2 x (4x120ah) batery banks. Since yesterday my two inverters dont balance the load between them properly i attached pictures. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
