  1. Hello, I also need the latest firmware for IGRID-SV-IV-5.6KW which works best with pylontech batteries. I'm sure there is the latest firmware to put the new firmware right before mounting your inverters on the wall. Tha.txt
  2. They steal from us, so let's not steal from them either, let's give them energy for our benefit as long as we have old meters ;-)!😊
  3. Hi colleagues i have a question about icc cable for rpi4. I can't buy it from icc because they don't ship to my country. That's why I need a scheme. I would take the new us3000 c using rj45 (no more rj11) and I guess for rpi I need a regular usb to rs232 or ?? does anyone have a schematic? or isn't it that simple ?
  4. Hi, i see no reason because the inverter is set to Germany: "any If selected, acceptable feed-in grid voltage range will be 184~264.5VAC. Acceptable feed-in grid frequency range will be 47.5~51.5Hz" And APL: "If selected, acceptable AC input voltage range will be within 90-280VAC" but I have to mention that jumps during the day only happen when the inverters are in parallel mode, or due to the slow switching they are only visible then. when any of the inverters are in stand-alone operation only the situation with the recording happens every morning and evening (this is certainly some firmware problem)
  5. greeting friend, nothing log occurs, there is no error code to at least know what it is. in the log we can see that during the day there are switches from hybrid mode to battery mode. my mains voltage rises and falls from 230v to 245v but slowly during the day and the frequency is around 49-50 no big jumps. here I am also sending records of both parallel inverters. 89.xls 82.xls
  6. Friends and colleagues in alternative energy, i have a similar problem, my INFINI VII 5kw, every morning when the sun rises there is an alarm that the primary source is compromised. The PV input signal starts beeping and flashing. All home devices are compromised because every time this happens the inverter switches from the mains to the pv. This causes interruptions in the "line out" output. The bulbs are flashing, the washing machine is shutting down ... later I bought another same inverter for parallel mode, but the problems are even worse. This also happens at sunset around 7pm. I have both correct and new 48v lead batteries but they mean nothing, the inverter simply breaks in the morning and evening and in parallel mode and during the day occasionally. It is clear that the infinisolar and their bad firmware are to blame and when I contact them, they say that the inverter is ok and they do not want to give new firmware because they admit the mistake. I suggest we all get together and seek justice because I am not the only one! I send vm about the video situation in the evening. note that i have tried all the combinations in the settings but it just doesn't help anything! vid-20200502-201012_pmAM3NQO_Nu1i.mp4
  7. HELLO! I am wondering if there is a newer Firmware for parallel use? I encountered a problem, that when the inverters are connected in parallel, the SolarPower program has total readings of the energy produced for only one device (PICTURE1). You can see in the pictures that the program copies the total daily production of electricity from the "master" inverter to another. So the mistake is that I see in the program the total energy produced from only one inverter. The "master" inverter is simply copied to the slave inverter. And when looking at the total power, the program again does not add up the total daily output of the two inverters, only displays from the "master". It can be seen that each device produces different wattage, but the total energy produced is displayed for only one device. I tried everything, I connected both via usb and via serial port but always the same. Also, I notice on the light bulbs that they blink more often in the evenings when switching from solar to grid. This has never happened before with a single inverter. My question is if this may be a firmware problem? Is there any special firmware for parallel merging? Could you please send an Question to voltronic, is there a solution to this problem? Infinisolar, in fact someone named Teddy Hsieh, is constantly refusing a conclusive answer. I must admit that the communications are very bad and irresponsible! please help! Bojan
  8. The device is now very good after the firmware update and procedures that had to be done by the hardware. I am satisfied, but it does not meet my needs with only 5.5 KW. I need at least 10 KW, and it can't be tied in parallel to take two. So I decided to sell it. if anyone is interested he can contact me in private mailbox.
  9. Hello friends, Where could I find the latest firmware from the inverter listed. I have an Infinisloar V II 5KW and I think it's the same as the MPPSolar Hybrid V2-5048. As usual, VoltronicPower is not answering me, and maybe one of you has already purchased one or better knows where to download it. I'm sending you a picture of my Firmware. We will need a lot because I have a parallel coupler inverter in the plan. Thanks BOJAN
  10. Friend, no one dares to answer you because we don't know if anything has changed in hardware. Mine has a cooling problem when the batteries are charging, if yours is gone, there is a possibility that yours is correct in this regard and newer versions are being updated just to avoid an overheating error. I took the risk but i have the 2018 version.
  11. Hello, I have a similar problem. I have mpp solar 5.5kw and do not know the factory password. on devices it used to be an admin, now it's not ... Can anyone send me a private mail? thank you in advance. Bojan!
  12. ok i understand i will wait for them to reply to me and send ... if they send. but thanks for the info, I was still right that something was up to firmware 🙂 thanks Jerome!!!
  13. Jerome, it would be nice to share the experience and help ourselves. I would be very pleased if I could send these files to my private mailbox because I am scared for my device. It is not a good idea to stop cooling so suddenly and start working again. I'll help you when I find out something from other emails I've sent ... I would be very grateful! Bojan
  14. Hello friend, The problem is that I don't actually have an InfiniSolar E 5.5KW. I have a SOLE HYBRID 6500-48, which is the same as a InfiniSolar E 5.5KW or MPP SOLAR MPI HYBRID 5.5K and the problem is that nobody answers my questiononon the sole-energy.eu site. MPP Solar says that SOLE is not their brand and Voltronic Power is not appearing because it is Chinese New Year. Knowing the Chinese, I believe they too will pass the ball on to someone else. So if you are familiar with the problem a little more, can you help me with the information, what were your experiences and do you have that update ?? Thank you
  15. Hello, i noticed it only works when there is no more sun. when there is no PV input. in the morning when the voltage appears on the PV, it works without problems. In addition, the grid overheats or something is not good in the firmware.
  16. Ground is only connected to AC in, I assume AC in and AC out are connected ?? when it reports this error 06, the inverter goes into bypass mode, and after a minute or two, it works again. so every 15 minutes. I restarted too. the inverter is cold and the fans light up briefly after the restart. could it be because i didn't ground the ac output as well? i am sending pdf errors 20200126213013.pdf
  17. Hello, I bought the InfiniSolar E 5.5KW, and every 15 minutes it reports an error 06. In the manuals it says it is an overheating error. It seems to be a problem in Firmware because the fans turn and cool in the power on process, and after that they don work. Do you know where the new firmware is. Has anyone already had a similar problem ?? Apologies in bad English. Thanks, Bojan Greeting!
