  1. is this what you needed they seem to be both running the same firmware,
  2. Not yet but i would prefer to always use the bms of the battery i dont want to run the system on use because the reported battery levels are inaccurate then
  3. These are the 2 inverters, they both had parallel boards installed from the factory and i am using the 2x grey parallel cables that came with the inverters and also the 2x red/black current sharing cables that also came with the inverters
  4. Hi i have 2x Kodak OG5.6kw inverters in parallel connected to 3x pylontech up5000 batteries and each inverter has 10x 460w solar panels connected to them all panels in series, I have a proplem every now and then the screens on both inverters goes bland and then both of them loose some of their settings like eg setting number 13 i set to '51V' and then after the fault has occurred setting number 13 will be set to 'FULL' and setting number '20' i set to 'LON' and after the fault its set to 'LOF' on both the inverters and it happens randomly atleast 3 times a week i have run them one at a time for days without any problems and without the fault occurring but when they are used together it happens i have swapped the parallel cables with new cables -Did not help i have updated the firmware on both inverters to the same firmware = Did not help i have swopped my batteries around making another pylontech the master - Did not help i plugged in the bms communication cable to both inverters and did settings accordingly - still the same i really cant understand where the problem is coming from how will i know which one is causing this or is it both inverters

  8. Hi im looking to install a Sunsynk solar system but i have a few questions, the system im looking to install will consists off 3x 8KW Sunsynk Inverter 4x 10kw Sunsynk Batteries 48x 590w solar panels (8x panels per input of inverter, 16x panels per inverter) There is no Eskom at the place of this installation so this system will be fully offgrid My first question is with the DC Cabling of the batteries according to the manual they want me to install a fused isolator on each battery between the inverter and the DC busbar then again install another 3 fused isolators between the DC busbars and Each inverter, thats 7x fused isolators on my system it seems excessive, and as for cable sizing what would be the correct cable size to use and will all dc cables be the same size or will there be a differance between the cable size from the battery to busbar and the cable size from busbar to inverter
  9. Does Someone have the service manual for the kodak OG 7.2 please, Thanks
  10. Hi where can i buy spare parts for inverters, replacement main boards, replacement communication boards, etc Thank you
  11. HI is there any Firmware available for the Kodak OG-PLUS 6.2 inverter? Thanks
  12. thanks but i got this issue resolved, it was a firmware issue, updated both firmwares and problem went away
  13. please share your solution this problem is really frustrating, thanks
  14. I have 2x og-plus5.48 inverters in parallel conected to 3x up5000 batteries if i switch the inverters off by the round grey button on the inverter the alarm 04 goes away and the batteries charge as normal but as soon as i switch any one of the inverters on it immidiatly gives me error 04 low battery but on the inverters i can see the voltage is 52v and on the batteries all the lights are on showing batteries are full
