I have just had my Victron inverter and pylontech batteries (all purchased myself) installed and commissioned by a really good electrician in Cape Town (I'm in Edgemead). My system included a 3kVA inverter and 2 x 2.4kWh pylontech batteries. The installation included a separate "essential" DB, changoever switch in my existing DB, a separate inverter DB, and re-routing of essential circuits to my new essential DB. If anyone is looking for the name and number of the electrician I used, feel free to let me know and I'll pass the details on. The setup of the Victron inverter through the Venus GX module was done by one of the forum members (TTT). Thanks Jaco 🙂

Hi All I am trying to locate a "non-online" shop where I can walk in and purchase brackets for Pylon Tech US2000B batteries. I'm based in Cape Town.I know of Futurama in Somerset West who stock them, but was hoping there was somewhere closer to Cape Town, perhaps Montague Gardens?Anyone know who stocks them other than the online solar retailers?
