    Hi, I'm looking for some help with my solar and battery backup installation in Sandton (Johannesburg). I have a failure on the master battery (red light) and one other is not charging. Can anyone recommend a technical service support team/person/company to come to site and check if the problem is software/hardware/inverter and then recommend a solution. Thank you.
