Thanks @AndrewinPlett So I have found that settings the battery cutoff to 48v has solved the slow recovery issue. Do you have the SolarMD logger v2? (Is it needed to get the inverter & battery to communicate?)

Hi, I have a 12kw 3p Sunsynk with SolarMD 14.4kw S4143 battery. I'm struggling with the battery coming back online once completely discharged. It mostly recovers itself but again this morning it is refusing to charge. The BMS is not connected, using AGM % with float & bulk set at 53.6v I suspect it has not been setup properly by installer - I have turned it all off and on too but to no avail. Error code with indicator light 2 on which indicates Error 16 on the battery (Under voltage sleep) How do you wake it up? Do you have to use the SolarMD logger to get the inverter & battery to communicate?

Hi, A few questions around these units - i believe they are due to land shortly. Tested - Has anyone used/tested the 50kw Deye Hybrid inverters yet? (any thoughts/feedback etc? Stock - I believe stock is 'arriving' this week or next at various suppliers - does anyone have any updates on that? Compliance - Do you know if it will pass NRC097 and be SSEG compatible? Thanks!
