The display does change when pressing the enter button. Then I can select a program number with the up and down buttons. Press enter again on the required no, eg 26. When I want to change the flashing figure from 56 to 54 with the up or down buttons, nothing happens. This is on both inverters.

Good day to everybody, I have 2 x 5 Kva mecer inverters in parallel. During the week we had a power failure in our neighborhood and inverters went down because of low battery charge. I was not home at the time. I telephonically guided my wife to restart the inverters. I realized yesterday that no settings on either of the inverters display panels is possible. Both inverters are running and it seems that settings are correct. What can be wrong with the controls?

@InfiniSolarVIIThanks for the suggestion. I have done a few things over the weekend to address my frustration. I have done away with a 30m extended USB cable by moving the Raspberry PI next to the inverter. I bought a new SD card (KING MAX ????) and with the ICC image inserted it to my PI. The program was running smooth with no issues until I plugged in a new Monitor screen with a HDMI connection to the Raspberry PI on Sunday. The new screen did not boot up (black screen).I removed it and plug the old screen with its VGA to HDMI adaptor cables back. It seems that the ICC program is very frail to external factors such as the screen I plugged in. I had to re write the image to the SD card again in order to get the the ICC program boots up with the desired display. The program is still running since Sunday and I am able to monitor remotely from Bronkhorstspruit what the inverter does.

I am currently screening through all information regarding the ICC issues. This is valuable information the members exchanges. I am unfortunately working remotely and spent only time on weekends in trying resolving my issues. I had the ICC program running for a few months with no serious issues. About 3 months ago the ICC program display went blank. With the help of #Manie I received a new Image to write to the SD card. Now the ICC program freezes every time in less than a minute after I started the Raspberry. I re-imaged a new SD card but the problem persists. I then thought the raspberry temperature may be an issue as it went over 60 degrees C with no fan. I installed a new fan bringing the temperature to 34 degrees C. Yet no luck. I understand that the quality of the SD card may be a factor. I 'll swap the SD card with a better Quality and report back after the weekend.

Hi I recently set up my ICC system and realized that I have the same situation. Batteries fully charged then PV disconnects, sometimes early in the day and during night time the Utility Power is used to recharge batteries. I've just made the similar changes as you and Jaco and immediately the PV connects and taking the load. Will monitor to see what the results are tommorrow.

I once tried to run my 8 KVA generator through My Mecer inverter during an extended power outage with no success. This is very useful information I have to consider in the future.Thanks Guys

Coulomb, I have removed the comms cable from battery to RS -232 port and connected the Remote Panel. All is running fine. Thanks for positive assistance.

Hi Guys, I want to connect a remote panel to my Mecer 5Kva inverter connected to 3 Pylontech 2000B batteries. I received the cables and a connection card (to swap) if required. The problem I have is the connection of the communication cable between the Batteries and the Inverter. There is no port to connect the cable for the remote Panel Any Suggestions Pleas?
