Weird F06 Fault King III
I've bought a new inverter! A most definitely real-deal Axpert King II The power switch on the new inverter is latching, on the old one it's PTM only. Anyway, I'll have a look at the old again next week. Busy weekend ahead...

Weird F06 Fault King III
The plot thickens.... I pulled the main board and checked it for dry joints, I found many dryish joints. Wacked it back together again only to find that it now gives me the 32 Warning. I've tried everything I think of. Rechecked my joint re-soldering work 10 times. Looks perfect to me. One point of interest, we discovered the first winter we had the inverter that it will not switch on from the battery only. That's odd isn't it? I solved that (perhaps not in the best way) by using little 30W 12v inverter into a bridge and cap to kick the PV input. It has worked perfectly for four winters now. So I can apply PV or Gen and the panel will boot up. It goes through the countdown and then flicks to Warning 32. One point, perhaps an important one, I remember that usually the moment the panel comes on and starts counting down, the fans come on. They are not doing that now. If only I had a schematic I could at least check the rails... How is it possible that we don't have thefull schematics for these inverters?

Weird F06 Fault King III
I think you may be right Coulomb. It played up again yesterday. It felt a bit "dry-jointy", so I gave is a thump and it switched on. It's Sunday, the kids are at home, it switched on this morning to I'll leave it be today and take it apart tomorrow. ..See the index for details on which ones to replace... which index and where is it? Also, is there a full circuit diagram for this inverter somewhere to hand? It's the unbranded 5kW version

Weird F06 Fault King III
I've had a King III inverter for years - always worked perfectly. It's a cloudy day in Spain today. Batteries were low. I started the generator and took the kids to school, went to the shops. Came back to find inverter displaying F06 - output voltage out of limits. 🤔 No PV input - clouds. Ok no problem. Went out started genny. Inverter coupled genny power through to output and started charging the batteries. 🤔 Went out to turn off the genny. Inverter switched to inverter mode and worked perfectly. I can't make it reproduce the fault now. So what was that all about?

Watchpower with axpert 5kw inverter
I completely forgot to include the small sticker as well. Oh, and the screw for the cover are indeed black 🐵

Watchpower with axpert 5kw inverter
Here's the side sticker - manufactured in January 2000? The serial number matches the number in WatchPower (before V1.13SP7 that didn't work at all). Still working on the cable connection. You say that lack of BT data is common - no solution therefore? It's not the end of the world, I can put together server based upon a Raspberry Pi or a PIC and HC05 - or an ESP8266

Watchpower with axpert 5kw inverter
I downloaded the latest 1.13SP7 version and, low and behold, it now lists my device. Problem completely resolved. Thanks Coulomb. Onto the remaining two problems....

Watchpower with axpert 5kw inverter
What an excellent question. I've no idea. It's a 5kw III. Made in china. The box is white as per the photo on the dealer's web page. https://suministrosdelsol.com/en/all-in-one-inverter-48v/843-inversor-voltronic-axpert-vmiii-5000va-48v.html How can I know whether or not it's a clone? The Ply setting to talk to the US2000 doesn't work either - Error 61 Neither does the Bluetooth connection work. It pairs but doesn't transmit data. Pairing with it using my PC I can see that although it pairs no services are listed. Have we been sold a dud?

Watchpower with axpert 5kw inverter
I have exactly the same problem. I'm running V1.3 of the Watchpower PC application. I can see the current status but none of historical data. It would appear that I can't select my inverter's iD number from the dropdown list.

AXPERT 5KVA ERROR CODES
Thanks Coulomb for taking the time to reply. Some good news, I installed the Watchpower application on my laptop and it connects to the inverter. Thank goodness for that anyway. I have the inverter/charger connected to the Pylontech US2000 using an RJ45 cable from the CAN jack on the battery to the Lithium Battery RJ45 connector on the LCD panel. Is that correct? The inverter/charger still refuses to talk to the battery. I'll check the wiring of the cable to see whether it is twisted - I'll scope it if necessary. The BT connection still doesn't work, it pairs fine but doesn't transmit any data. I suppose that could be a firmware issue.

AXPERT 5KVA ERROR CODES
Update I hadn't set the first dipswitch to on I did that and restarted everything. The fault code persists. Reset the battery type to AGn - fault cleared. Wondering whether the RJ45 cable is not twisted. I'll look at that tomorrow.

AXPERT 5KVA ERROR CODES
I'm in Spain. I've just installed one of these inverters - the 5kW version. It ran fine today. I'm using a Pylontech US2000 LiPo battery. I was setting the date this evening and also set the battery type to Pyl (Pylontech). After about 5 minutes the inverter started flashing Fault Code 61 and then turned itself off! Bit odd. I reverted back it to the default AGn and it's working fine again. What's going on? Also the BT connection doesn't work, I can pair with it but Watchpower doesn't see the inverter. Any ideas? Do I need to run the PC configuration software? Looks as though I have to take that back, it's giving me the same Fault Code 61 again.

Axpert King 5kW
I've just bought one of these together with a Pylontech US2000 48V LiPo 2k4W battery. It seems to be working fine. The only thing is that although I can pair with it over Bluetooth it's not (doesn't appear to be) transmitting any data. The Android app Whatpower doesn't connect to it - even the phone is paired. Anyone managed to connect to the one of these using BT? Perhaps I need to configure the BT comms. protocol via the PC configuration software. I also need to connect the PV side today.
