Hi. I just came across a situation where the batteries are not charging . I see a 27 on the display which doesn’t make sense. I can’t even find the number on the settings and errors. I have commissioned 24 Luxpower SNA5000 even paralleled a few. I have never came across this . I will try your suggestion and see

Hi. What battery are you using on your system? How many (Capacity) . Was it working fine before you installed the panels? How many panels did you install and what whattage? Did you use one string on the inverter or two strings? This is to help with in giving a good response

Hi all. I Need some help. I had previously used a default code to register one of the units before I received my installer code. Now I have one unit amongst the 6 that doesn’t appear under my profile. Does anyone know how I can reallocate the unit under my installer code from the default code? Thanks you.

Hi all. Managed to commissioning the paralleled units successfully. Thanks for the help. Just waiting for panels due to stock shortages.

Hi Mako. Didn’t notice the configuration you sent. According to what you sent it seems like it’s normal. I had no idea as most are configured differently esp on batteries. Can I assume that you have used it to parallel two or more Luxpower inverters and it was a success?

Good day. Can someone please advise where we can get RJ45 paralleling cables. We are going to install the 2 SNA5000 in parallel and need to have the cables and can’t find . I tried calling the Luxpower technical manager and Operation manager and they are not picking up their phones. If anyone can help, I would really appreciate. I just need a place where I can get the cables. Thank you

Hi everyone. I have just installed my first Luxpower unit. Initially it was with a battery only UP 5000. I used most of the settings deliberated for ups without solar using ac charge. Now I have installed panels and need to get accurate settings to enable Solar battery Utility. I have seen Jaco’s video on YouTube and unfortunately when he starts the initial process the inverter is only shown later when he does the settings and I miss part of the initial process. If anyone can share comprehensive settings to ensure that I do not miss anything. I would like the system to use solar mostly and reserve the battery for load-shedding. thank you

Hi. I have the same problem with the Axpert Mercer inverters 2 in parallel. If doesn’t use solar power even if there is enough sun available. It will utilise the batteries (2x3.5kwh pylontech). Has any found a solution to this SBU problem as yet?
