I haven't done an update myself, but apparently you can request the update via https://www.sunsynk.org/up-grade and then its done over the air the next day. Nope, all the filter did was change the noise to a more annoying one and make a noise itself lol. I had full confidence and ordered six and now I have six door stoppers. My unit is currently disconnected, but I'll check/update the firmware when I can.

@DiSiNTiGR8 It's Farhaan from the Sunsynk Forum lol. To confirm, the noise issue is still there with firmware version 3.3.7.4 and the latest firmware version (I believe its 3.3.8.0?)? Thanks PS the filter I've tried is the Yunsanda CW4L3-30A-R. This was the filter Deye apparently provided as the solution to peter on the Sunsynk Forum

I've contacted Sunsynk International for support. At the moment they want me to return the inverter for inspection and a rebuild. Will update once I have any news from them.

@Tariqwas a solution ever reached with Shabbir from Sunsynk? @Bernardf did Keith from Sunsynk sort you out with a replacement unit?

So anyone figure our problem yet? 🤔 I was about to give ferite clamps a go and then stumbled upon your post @Mahdi 😂 So to summarize from my side. I had the whole house rewired from the council's cable upwards. Replaced my old DB and 'upgraded' to Hager circuit breakers. Removed all cable joints. Changed from a Dyness battery to a Hubble one with thicker cables. Added an earth neutral bond relay Obviously none of the above worked.

@melvin phutiYeah in my household, it's only my brothers and I that can hear it. Every other person I've asked can't hear it even with their ear right against it 🙈😂 My solution is to turn the setup completely off until load-shedding is announced. So the conclusion must be we have super powers lol

It's running on 50Hz. What does seem strange is my output voltage is 240v. Could this be the issue?

Hey, I just installed a Deye 5KW Inverter with a Dyness 3.6KWh Battery. However, since moving over all my electronics to the Load/UPS output, all my PC (and game console) PSUs now constantly make a buzzing sound. Is this normal? PS The inverter itself also makes a buzzing noise when running off the grid. Are the grid settings attached below correct? And/or does anyone perhaps know what may be causing this?
