    Hi there My uncle has two Probenergy lithium batteries. He could not get the batteries to charge correctly. He has a RCT Max 8k 48V inverter. I have a SolarAssistant installed now to try and get everything to work. I am just waiting for the USB to CAN and USB to RS485 to test if they will work. I had a hard time finding any form of documentation on the DIP switch and communication protocols, but finally found a manual ( attached below ). Hope it helps.
