I currently have this problem and I'm really frustrated. I wish I could video call an expert and have them see what's going on. I hope the supplier accept mine back too.

I've fully assembled my rail. works 100%. just waiting on my curtains to be made. hopefully they're not too heavy.

Hi there. I'm looking at installing automated curtain rails. I wish to know if anyone here has installed the EACHEN wifi curtain rails and if they're good quality given their remarkable affordability in comparison to more high end brands like Somfy. Please also advise of curtain weight limits as they don't specify this, and I believe its a crucial factor in any motorised curtain rail. How long have you had the rails and have you experienced any glitches with either hardware or software?
