I have an installation with two Growatt SPF 5000 s inverters connected in parallel with Growatt dataloggers.

The Shine server web interface on my laptop used to show the Storage production graph on the dashboard but now it suddenly disappeared. I can still see it on the app on my phone.

I tried to find a setting to correct that but I couldn't

Anyone with a similar problem and anyone with a solution?

Have the same issue but worse.:(

Updated 3 firmwares to try and resolve and still no comms and stats available on the app or website.

ShineWifi dongle shows Lost in the app and website. Dongle has a flashing blue light which apparently means all is well. All is clearly not well

I've tried everything. Static IP assignment. Changing from server-growatt.com to server-us.growatt.com. even tried setting the IPs for those two urls.

Tried different routers. Mobile hotspots. All 2.4Ghz. Been trying to get support through the APP and that's going nowhere. 

Given up on this garbage and completely lost interest in stats gathering for now.

Installed PV Keeper and that works just fine.

Will probably shell out money I really shouldn't have to for basic stats and get Solar Assistant or something along those lines.

I have the same issue, it started not long ago and thought i was the only one. I'm now used to the datalogger getting disconnected or showing lost connection in the app and yet it is physically flashing Blue LED. I just leave it and it will get back online whenever it wants 🤣
