Don't just go downloading the firmware from the net because you are going to end up with a damaged inverter 😂
October 4, 20214 yr Arya, best of luck with Growatt technical support, ( it does not exist) my experience is the following, contacted them a few times, still waiting and waiting, eventually I gave up. Also have issues with BMS coupling, eventually I decided to just run the system without BMS. contacted both these mails [email protected] and [email protected] and as I said above still waiting.
