Would that make more, less, or the same power as if you unwrapped the cone and laid it flat at the right angle and direction? Common sense tells me you will make the same or more if you unwrap it like that, which means the spinning is really a waste of time. Apparently there is some gains to be made from cooler cells, but conversely, they are in a glass shaped cone... so they will heat up. 20 times? No ways.
