Does anyone know of a a place you can view or download a sheet which has all the popular inverters and what make some better than the others?

Without having to go through pages and pages of documents.

What makes a Sunsynk better than a DEYE or Growatt ?

Why you you choose a Victron over a Sunsynk ... better software ... better support ... crazy pricing ... more suitable for upgrading ? 

An added bonus would be a solar panel and battery comparison.
