I am quite new to this forum. System worked perfectly and since Friday (heavy rains storm) wont change over to ac when batteries are low. Ac available showing 241v on both inverters but drains the batteries and shuts down. Any help on this please? I have restarted both sysytems 5x and still no joy.

Hi @Buyeye, when I change to "uti" my house is dark. Both inverters do not allow grid power to the house.

That means there is something up with your grid input. If it was connected it should power the house if you change to utility first.

Have tested and grid supply is steady at 241v. If I bypass both inverters there is no problem. Just grid power through the inverters not working.

 

Sorry just a question, you do have the parallel communication cable and the current sharing cable connected between the two inverters and setting 23 to PAL ?

Hi @Antonio de Sa yes all cables connect and PAL setting confirmed. System has been running for +-6 months and this problem started on Saturday with no hardware/settings change.

 

@Flippieone more test, does the inverter charge the batteries from the grid?

Yes, on setting 14 SNU solar and utility both will charge battery, if not enough solar will charge from grid
