March 21, 20224 yr Hi Team, With the Sunsyk inverter can you do the following: Set a threshold for the battery and only charge it back up using Solar (e.g. have the battery discharge to 60% before switching to Eskom, but then only charging the next morning with solar) Have a second threshold that if there was load shedding and the battery drops to say 30%, then the battery will be charged by Eskom if there isn't enough solar Have the inverter prioritize having the battery at 100% before power any other loads
March 21, 20224 yr Yes 1 - Tick *use timer* in the System Mode screen, then for each time frame set the minimum battery percentage you want. System will switch to Eskom when batteries get to that level and run the house. When PV is available batteries will be charged up again 2- In the same System Mode screen, select Use Grid for the time frames / percentages you want to charge from the Grid. 3 - Deselect Prioritize Load on the other System Mode screen Video will be helpful Edited March 21, 20224 yr by mzezman
