Hi Guys please assist.

I have an Rasb Pi with Solar Assistant installed(bought it complete form Solar assistant)

It was running fine for months but currently I am having some issues.

I am not sure if it is unresponsive or what.

I am getting to following message and then I need to power down the unit by unplugging the power supply to get it running again

"Unable to connect to monitoring device.

Please check device internet connection"

If it is available it is also slow to respond when i switch between Tabs. It also shows Error messages on the graphs even when online.

I am still able to see the Pi in my router when unresponsive by using the IP address when I am also connected to router.

Any advice will be appreciated.

May not be the same issue that I experienced, but what you describe is pretty similar. Also got those errors.
Mine was purely due to weak WiFi signal. The Pi has a rather weak WiFi and I had to move mine around in the beginning to find a spot where it would work 90% of the time.
Eventually I got myself a long Ethernet cable and no more problems since.

Does this still exist..I have purchase the app, with the cables etc...But I do not get any response from them.. Via mail...

Very Strange, I mailed them with 4 mails already since last week regarding my order and no response.

I`m getting worried now.

Just a follow up from my own order, got it delivered within a couple of days. I am happy with the service from that perspective. Hope the unit works as advertised, will get around to that towards the weekend.
