Morning all,

 

I have recently installed 14x JA Solar 455w Mono Half Cell panels on my roof in a 7x West and 7x East string set up. I have only been running it for about 3 days but it seems the max I can get from the panels on a clear mid day is about 3.2kw. I checked the pitch of the panels and they are at 17 degrees. Other than it not facing North would this be acceptable performance for the CPT area for the amount of panels?

We are a day and a bit away from the winter solstice, then from there on out production will start increasing again.
Your layout is east/west and its mid winter so your production sounds about right.
